I recently went to these apartments for more information and I must say that I wanted to move in right away. Staff was very nice and Property Manager even came out to introduce himself felt like I was already home.

The managers were really helpful from beginning to end and answered all of my questions in a patient and professional manner.This is a great place I love what they've done with the place I transferred from an older apartment to the renovated one and I am so impressed. They've done great work huge kudos to the team thank you for everything!!

Since i been leaving in the Samara East apartments i had nothing but good compliments anything i needed or whatever i needed was done in a timely matter no matter what the situation was i definitely can say i love my place i love the management and the environment keep up the good work ladies

Excellent customer service love the new staff! Everyone in the office is very helpful and polite. Maintenance is very professional when it comes to my work orders, everything gets fixed in a timely matter. I am very pleased to be staying on this property and would recommend anyone in the surrounding areas to come and apply here!

I will be leaving my application this week!I recently moved into samara east. I can say the ladies in the office Nicole and keiwi were awesome. They made my move in process quick and easy. I’ll recommend anyone to go see them.
